The location of this place is wonderful and beautiful, with super-friendly staff always available.

I loved well-kept rooms with 2 single beds, dishwasher plus a stunning view & well appointed. The hotel was reasonably clean with amazingly attentive and very attentive staff. The location was fantastic and handy for walking around Skypoint Observation...

The hotel was recently refurbished. It is reasonably priced. - the location is incredible and beautiful, just minutes from Les Rodgers Memorial Park.

The location is central to main street and close to beach.

No parking available - website saying 'parking is possible' but we were told it is virtually impossible - we had to park a couple of blocks away (extra $20 / night).

Very Friendly staff! The hotel had a beautiful large pool, and is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel to central surfers.

The balcony was very small, our room had a door joining to the room next door and you could hear everything if you get what I mean!! Also had to pay for parking which should be complimentary, and had to pay a deposit which was more expensive that the room which left me with no money to go out with (the whole point of staying down there)

We stayed 8 nights and the rooms were cleaned everyday while we were out.

The location is very strategic (near Surfer's Paradise) and transportation access is very easy. The small pantry in the room is also very helpful. The receptionist and the concierge are also very helpful to assist the customers. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel.

This place has a great location near shops, entertainment, restaurants, and public transport, right in the heart of the action, with delicious food available at the beachfront restaurant for breakfast.

The rooms view of the ocean whilst lying on your bed and the ease of access to central surfers. The hotels facilities are superb with a great selection of food that was well presented and tasty.Loved the pool!!!

The organisation of the breakfast buffett requires a lot of queing doubling back on yourself to get items such as milk for coffee. The flow of the breaksfast buffet could be addressed
